The Linden tree is revered across cultures for its wise and gentle, heart-opening essence.
Known to nourish a felt-sense of love, mercy, and inner grace, Linden offers soul-sighing relief - the kind that softens the edges of grief, anxiety, and disconnection.
Often associated with the feminine and maternal, Linden carries the essence of the Divine Mother. In Poland, Our Lady of Holy Linden is a sacred site of pilgrimage, where many come seeking solace, blessing, and renewal. It’s also said that Linden was one of Mother Mary’s favorite trees.
In this class, we will gather to bring presence to our breath - connecting with Linden as a living, loving presence. We will breathe and invite Linden’s medicine to move through our bodies, hearts, and spirits.
This offering holds themes of Holy Heart Healing, Grandmother’s Wisdom, and Miraculous Grace. May this be a space where we return to the wise knowing of our hearts - and feel ourselves held by the soft, radiant power of Linden.
