Earth Nourishment is a monthly class gathering for breathing with the divinity woven through Nature.
Each class offers an experiential theme, inviting you to attune within -
deepening your learning and connection with the subtleties of the Natural World.
live online sessions meet the third Thursday of each month;
11am - 12:30pm pst. classes are recorded; live attendance not required.
What does Earth Nourishment Monthly Membership include?
Monthly Membership includes access to past and present monthly breath class offerings. Upon signing up,
you will receive access to our private Member Space - where monthly breath classes have been posted since February 2024.
What is the structure of Earth Nourishment classes?
Classes begin with a short centering meditation, followed by an introduction to the class theme.
We will then move into a guided active breath meditation where you will be laying down and breathing while a playlist plays through the speakers.
What’s the difference between joining Membership and purchasing a single class?
Purchasing a single class costs $25 while Monthly Membership costs $18. If you cancel Monthly Membership, you will lose access
to the library of recordings whereas the recording for a single class will remain available to you.

You do not need previous experience to join - there is a section in the Member Space that details breath techniques and options and each class will offer a thorough introduction to our class theme.

Earth Nourishment Member Space includes recordings to all past and present monthly breath classes since February 2024. Earth Nourishment classes are an invitation to slow down, temporarily turn down the noise of the outside world and turn within - receiving your breath to feel into what it’s like to be you, to relieve stress, and to deepen your connection to the subtleties of Nature. Classes offer space for emotional healing, a felt-sense of belonging, and reconnection with the Natural World.
