Have you ever experienced the satisfying feeling of cleaning out your car, home, or closet? The after-effects can lead to a soul-sighing satisfaction and an overall sense of renewal. The Violet Flame works similarly on an energetic level - it helps to clear away what’s no longer needed and create more space for clarity, creativity, and grace-filled flow.
This is a tool I have been steadily working with for over a decade - I’m so looking forward to sharing a space where we can deepen into its inimitable blessings!
This class carries themes of Energetic Cleansing, Divine Protection, Creative Awakening, and Alchemizing Fear.
We will begin class with a brief centering meditation, followed by an introduction to the Violet Flame. We will then move into a guided breath experience where you are invited to connect with and experience the Violet Flame from within.
